1. Sử dụng miễn phí các dịch vụ thể hình, lớp tập nhóm Yoga/GroupX, xông hơi khô/ướt tùy thuộc vào thiết kế từng CLB (Ngoại trừ khu vực VIP và Hồ bơi)
2. Mã ưu đãi có giá trị cho 1 lần sử dụng, không cộng gộp nhiều mã.
3. Mã ưu đãi không có giá trị chuyển nhượng hoặc quy đổi thành tiền mặt.
4. Chỉ áp dụng cho khách hàng mới từ 15 tuổi trở lên hoặc hội viên dài hạn đã hết hạn ≥3 tháng; không áp dụng cho khách đã dùng dịch vụ trải nghiệm ngắn hạn trong 6 tháng gần nhất hoặc từng sử dụng dịch vụ huấn luyện viên cá nhân tại California Fitness & Yoga, California One Life, Centuryon, Diamond hoặc nằm trong danh sách hạn chế.
5. Nếu khách hàng có nhu cầu sử dụng các dịch vụ khác, vui lòng chỉ thanh toán cho Công ty California Fitness & Yoga, không giao dịch hay chuyển khoản vào tài khoản không phải của Công ty California.
6. Mã ưu đãi áp dụng tập luyện tại Câu lạc bộ trước 16:30 và sau 19:30 các ngày trong tuần.
7. Mã ưu đãi có giá trị quy đổi thành 30 ngày tập luyện tại một CLB thuộc hệ thống California Fitness & Yoga, California One Life, Centuryon, Diamond và Yoga Plus toàn quốc.
8. Mọi quyết định cuối cùng liên quan đến chương trình đều thuộc thẩm quyền của California Fitness & Yoga, California One Life, Centuryon, Diamond và Yoga Plus.
*Điều kiện kích hoạt: Mã ưu đãi được gửi qua SMS sau khi đăng ký. Vui lòng xuất trình Mã ưu đãi và CCCD/Hộ chiếu tại CLB để kích hoạt.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Unlimited access to gym facilities, Yoga and GroupX classes, sauna and steam bath, subject to each club’s design and availability (excluding VIP areas and swimming pool).
2. Valid for 1 time use, combination of gift codes is not allowed.
3. This code is not transferable or redeemable in cash.
4. Applicable to new customers aged 15+ or long-term members expired for at least 3 months. Not applicable to customers who used short-term trial services in the past 6 months, have previously used personal training services at California Fitness & Yoga, California Active, Centuryon, Diamond, or are on the restricted list.
5. If there is a need to use other services, please only pay to California Fitness & Yoga Company; do not transact or transfer to an account not authorized by the company.
6. Apply to workout at the Club before 16:30 and after 19:30 on weekdays.
7. Valid for 30-day workout at 1 Club of California Fitness & Yoga, California One Life, Centuryon, Diamond and Yoga Plus nationwide.
8. California Fitness & Yoga, California One Life, Centuryon, Diamond and Yoga Plus reserves the right to make the final decisions regarding all promotion’s matters.
